Music Licensing / Clearance

Compositions:
If you use a Shroom composition sample on a track you will split everything (credits, publishing, royalties, advance etc) with Shroom.

Drum Breaks:

All the kits that say that are royalty free are 100% royalty free!

If you use a non-royalty free Shroom Break on a track you will clear usage with Shroom depending on how big of a part the break is in the song. Usually between 5% and 15% publishing etc. This only regards to non-royalty free breaks.

But right now most of the breaks are 100% royalty free.

On most smaller independent projects clearance won't be necessary and you can just use the sample/break however you like.
